3-Year Warranty for Mattresses & Beds
At Sleep Warehouse, we manufacture high-quality beds and mattresses right here in the UK. Our commitment to craftsmanship and durability ensures that you receive a product designed for long-lasting comfort. To give you peace of mind, we provide a 3-year warranty on all our beds and mattresses, covering any manufacturing defects.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our 3-Year Warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use, including:
- Structural defects in the bed frame, such as broken joints or faulty fixings.
- Stitching defects or material flaws in upholstered bed bases.
- Spring failure or significant sagging beyond normal wear in mattresses.
- Foam or filling defects that result in noticeable unevenness.
- Any damage that occurs during delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt).
- Mechanical faults in storage drawers or ottoman lift mechanisms.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every product we make.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
To maintain fairness, our warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear, including the gradual softening of a mattress.
- Body impressions less than 25mm (1 inch), which are natural with regular use.
- Damage due to improper care, including stains, spills, and exposure to moisture.
- Personal comfort preferences or changes in sleeping habits.
- Damage caused by using an unsuitable bed base or foundation.
- Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Products used in a commercial setting, such as hotels or rental properties.
- Modifications or repairs not carried out by Sleep Warehouse.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, follow these simple steps:

- Provide Supporting Evidence – We may request photos or videos to assess the claim quickly.
- Inspection & Assessment – If necessary, we will arrange an inspection or collection for further evaluation.
- Resolution – If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or provide a suitable alternative. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer a comparable model.

Additional Terms & Conditions
- This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
- If a warranty claim is approved, Sleep Warehouse will cover return shipping costs where applicable.
- This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- If a product is found to be defective but is outside the warranty period, we may still offer repairs or replacements at a reasonable cost.
